With two decades of expertise in comprehensive financial planning and business consulting, Nathan is able to provide our clients—both individuals and businesses—with thoughtful, multifaceted advice. His deep understanding of financial strategies allows him to navigate complex challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
A true advocate for both our clients and community, Nathan is passionate about serving others. He dedicates his time to volunteering and has served on multiple boards and committees, contributing to the betterment of the local community.

Marshall, our Partner and CCO, plays a key role in overseeing the investment strategies for our clients. His passion for investing began at an early age when he received Phillips 66 stock as a gift from family friends. This early introduction sparked a lifelong fascination with markets, and Marshall has since dedicated his career to deepening his knowledge and expertise in investing.
Marshall holds a Master’s degree in Applied Economics and Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Economics from the University of Oklahoma. During his time at OU, he taught several economics courses, honing his ability to break down complex market concepts into clear, understandable insights.
Today, Marshall leverages his wealth of knowledge to guide clients at Perspective, helping them achieve their financial goals with thoughtful, strategic advice. His unique combination of expertise, passion, and clear communication sets him apart in the industry.

A graduate of Oklahoma State University, Kelsey earned her Bachelor's degree in Finance, and over her 12-year career, she has cultivated a skill set that perfectly complements her vibrant and bubbly personality. Her approachable nature and expertise make her an invaluable resource and go-to person for our clients.
Kelsey has a long history of giving back to her community, having served on various committees and boards for local non-profits. Her passion for helping others extends beyond work, and she continues to dedicate her time to supporting meaningful causes.

A graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Master’s degree in Accounting, Brandi has honed her skills through various roles in the accounting field, allowing her to effectively oversee and manage all accounting practices within the company.
Her dedication to delivering high-quality service and her genuine desire to take care of people make Brandi an invaluable member of our team. Her strong leadership ensures that our accounting operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Taylor is our Director of Accounting, where she leads her team in delivering exceptional bookkeeping, payroll, and tax services to our clients. A proud native of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, Taylor graduated from Bartlesville High School in 2015 before earning her degrees in Accounting and Business Management from Rogers State University in 2019.
Since joining our team, Taylor has demonstrated strong leadership and dedication to both her department and her clients. She works hard to ensure that her team provides accurate, efficient, and tailored accounting services.
Outside of work, Taylor is a devoted wife to her husband, Jimmy, and a loving mother to their three children: Aspen, Emberlyn, and Sage. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, watching football, and indulging in a little shopping. Additionally, Taylor is actively involved in the Bartlesville community, currently serving on the Administration & Personnel Committee for The Cottage.

Cole Brown
Planning & Investments Specialist
Cole is our dedicated Planning and Investments Specialist with a solid educational background, holding a Bachelor’s in Finance and a Minor in Accounting from Pittsburg State University.
He began his career with us as an Accounting Specialist, quickly showcasing his skills and adaptability before transitioning into his current role in Planning and Investments. Cole’s strong foundation in finance and accounting helps him provide valuable insights and support to our clients. Cole is also our resident research expert and loves to take on special projects within the office. He is the jokester of the office and has always been someone to lean on.
Outside of work, Cole is passionate about working with his duck dog, Letty, and enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly duck hunting.

Brandon’s attention to detail, quick learning abilities, and proactive approach make him an invaluable asset to the team. He consistently takes the initiative to ensure that tax processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Recently married, Brandon enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Gracie, and their dog, Stanley. He also loves spending time outdoors - hunting, fishing, and other outdoor activities, always seeking new adventures.

Celsy Courtney
Coordinator of Accounting
Celsy is our experienced Coordinator of Accounting with over 15 years of expertise in the bookkeeping and accounting field. She graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences and Natural Resources. In 2022, Celsy made the move to Bartlesville, bringing her extensive knowledge and passion for accounting to our team.
Celsy finds great fulfillment in mentoring our Accounting Specialists. Her favorite part of the role is helping to further develop their skills and watching them grow professionally, all while enhancing the level of service we provide to our clients.
In 2024, Celsy married her husband, Chad. Together, they enjoy tending to their small herd of cattle and spending quality time with their dog, Cass, whom she loves to spoil. Celsy also dabbles in western leatherworking, creating belts, purses, and other handmade items. When she's not busy with family, friends, or animals, you’ll find her immersing herself in her creative hobbies.

Throughout her career, Patti has not only honed her accounting expertise but also cultivated a deep passion for serving others. Her exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding service make her an indispensable asset to Perspective.

Although he is fairly new to his career, Kaleb is already making a remarkable impact, consistently going above and beyond to support both clients and his team.
Known for his kindness, humor, and loyalty, Kaleb brings a positive and energetic presence to the office. He takes pride in taking care of his responsibilities first while ensuring everyone around him is well taken care of. A graduate of Oklahoma Wesleyan University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis of Accounting, Heath pursued his education while working full-time, demonstrating his commitment and perseverance.
Heath has a passion for building and restoring things, finding joy in transforming something old and worn into something new and full of life. This hands-on mindset extends to his work, where he tackles every challenge with determination and a smile.

Cooper is a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist known for his determination to get the job done. He earned his Global MBA from Friends University, driven by a desire to expand his understanding of international business and strengthen his ability to adapt to diverse environments. This curiosity about the world beyond the U.S. complements his role and brings a unique perspective to his work.
With a natural inclination toward order (he’s always been a little OCD!), accounting was a perfect fit for Cooper. He thrives on balancing accounts and crafting detailed Excel spreadsheets, where everything has its place.
A constant learner, Cooper enjoys challenging himself to grow both professionally and personally. Outside of work, he spends his free time binge-watching shows and movies, playing with his dog, Rex, and hanging out with friends.

Office Administrator
Born and raised in Bartlesville, Zoe brings a deep love for her community to everything she does. A proud graduate of Oklahoma State University, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a Minor in Sports Management. Zoe is passionate about travel, staying active, and enjoying the outdoors. Her latest hobby is running—she’s been training hard and participating in races whenever she can. When she’s not working or running, you’ll find her hanging out with her boyfriend, Caston, and their dog, Deebo.
As our Office Administrator, Zoe is the first friendly face clients see when they walk through the door. She sets the tone for a warm, welcoming atmosphere and ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Though she may be quiet, Zoe is known around the office for her kindness, fun-loving spirit, her amazing shoes and quite the sense of humor.
