Nathan is our most tenured advisor with over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. Over the last two decades his expertise in comprehensive financial planning and business consulting has given him the perspective to deliver multifaceted advice to our individual and business clientele. He has a true passion to serve our clients and our community. Nathan volunteers his time and has served on several boards and committees which include but are not limited to: The Bartlesville Regional Chamber of Commerce, YMCA, Ray of Hope and he coaches little league sports.

Marshall Fraser

Marshall oversees the investment strategies for Perspective clients. Marshall’s investing career began at birth when he was given Phillips 66 stock by family friends. From that beginning, he has always been fascinated by markets and continued to deepen his knowledge and experience with investing. Marshall received his Masters degree in Applied Economics and Bachelors degrees in Finance and Economics from the University of Oklahoma. During his time at OU, Marshall taught several courses in economics, helping him develop the ability to explain complex market issues in an easy to understand way. He now brings that passion and expertise to benefit Perspective clients to help them achieve their financial goals.

Kelsey Barham

Kelsey is our CFO and focuses her efforts on delivering our accounting solutions to our clients. Kelsey graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2013 with a degree in finance. During her 8 year career, she has developed a skill set that coincides with her bubbly personality that makes her a great resource and go-to person for our clients. She previously served on the board of Run the Streets and volunteers her time on several committees for some of our local non-profits.

Emerald wears many hats at Perspective. She is the liaison between the clients and the advisors and is the first to serve anyone who enters our doors. Emerald has a gift in focusing her efforts through the clients perspective which allows us to deliver solutions as easy and seamless as possible. Patti Grissom
Patti is a vital asset to our accounting department and focuses on the production of financials for our clients. She has spent over 20 years in the accounting field and has acquired a unique skill set that is both professional and personable. Throughout her years of service, Patti has attained not only accounting experience but the desire to serve people. Her attention to detail and passion to serve our clients and our community makes her a strong asset to Perspective.

Morgan Phillips

Morgan is our Vice President of the accounting and tax department. She strives to provide our clients with accounting and tax solutions to ensure they feel confident and comfortable with their financial position. Morgan went to college at Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana and played softball for 2 years and then graduated with her accounting degree from Oklahoma State University in 2016. She completed her Master of Business Administration degree though Rogers State University in December 2021. Morgan is the treasurer on the Board of Directors for Ray of Hope and is involved in the committee for Hops for Hope.

Brandi Williams

Brandi is the Director of our tax and accounting department. She is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with her Master’s degree in Accounting. The experience she has gained serving in various roles in the accounting field coupled with her desire to take care of people makes Brandi an important part of our team.
